We had a wonderful workshop
Flamenco
It was our first four day Flamenco dance and guitar workshop in Belfast and we played guitar, danced, sweated, asked ourselves what we were doing there, then played, danced some more and sweated some more. I just want to say that this workshop was a great success. The opportunity to spend a long weekend with Felipe going over the same two choreographies was hugely instructive. Condensing four months of work into four days makes a real difference and I came away with a real feeling for essence of both dances. Having Lucas González play guitar for the classes was also a huge benefit, as his playing really helps to guide you through the dance. Many thanks Maureen for a great workshop.
