Lower Garfield Street Belfast will turned into a street in Seville for Culture Night this Friday, 23rd September and the historic Barber Shop will host NI Opera who will perform arias every 30 mins from 6pm. In addition FlamencoNI will provide live Flamenco dancing including the very popular fiesta dance – Sevillanas.
