Welcome to Flamenco NI

Maureen and students from FlamencoNI will be performing in a live dance and music show this Friday evening, March 13th at the Castlereagh Civic Centre. The performance will include both group and solo dances such as; the Sevillanas a lively fiesta dance from Seville, Tanguillos a lovely flirtatious hat dance, the soulful and beautiful Solea and the Bulerias otherwise known as the “rock and roll of Flamenco”. All dances will be accompanied by the beautiful guitar playing of Pei, palmas and some castanets. Dancers will be dressed in beautiful authentic flamenco costume and and it will be an evening full of colour, passion, fiery footwork and beautiful music.

Doors open at 7.00pm  and the Fiesta starts at 7.30pm. Refreshments will be served and bookings are advisable. Contact the Arts Officer at 02890494566
