Courses
Crescent Arts Center – Belfast
There are two levels of dance classes offered at the Crescent Arts Center. Please enroll
through the Crescent Arts Center for these classes and for current information on the location of the class.
Beginner Class Saturday 3-4 pm
We are currently studying Sevillanas and no experience is needed for this class
Intermediate Class 4-5 pm
We are currently studying Guajira, Tanguillos and Alegrias in this class and at least 2 years of Flamenco dance experience is necessary.
King Street Arts Belfast
There are two levels of dance classes offered at the King Street Arts Studio.
Please enroll through King Street Arts for these classes.
Beginner/Continuing Beginner Class Thursday 6-7 pm
We are currently studying Sevillanas. No experience is needed but there will be different levels of beginner students in this class.
Upper Intermediate/ Advanced Class Thursday 7 – 8 pm
We are currently studying Solea por Bulerias and Bulerias in this class and at least 3- 4 years of Flamenco dance experience is necessary.
Sunday Workshops
Workshops will be held on Sunday, September 20th, Sunday, October 18th and Sunday, November 22nd. Please contact us
for up-to date information and to register.
Elementary Class Sunday 1-2 pm
We are currently studying Beginner Alegrias and some experience is needed for this class.
Technique Class Sunday 2-3 pm
This class is for all levels and no experience in Flamenco dance or music is necessary.
Intermediate/Advanced Class Sunday 3-5 pm
This class is studying Solea por Bulerias and at least 3-4 years experience in Flamenco dance is necessary. Students must be familiar with the various palos of Flamenco and with the rhythm of the palo we are studying.
Private Lessons
Private lessons can also be arranged or if you wish to start a class in your area or arrange a workshop – please contact us.
Instruction is also available for schools in Flamenco history, culture and dance. Lessons can be arranged for dance classes, international or language days and for after school activities.
